About this event

Immerse yourself in the work of acclaimed artist and scholar Dr. David C. Driskell. Participants will explore two of Driskell's vibrant prints and share their impressions through the medium of poetry.

Please register for yourself only. We will only be allowing participants into the program if their name and email address is on the registration list. A link with the virtual program details will be emailed to you one hour prior to the event.

Led by local writers, this series of workshops uses examination of works of art as a starting point for writing original pieces. Through writing exercises and conversation, participants will explore the elements of writing and experience works of art through a different lens. The workshops are designed for all skill levels; beginning and advanced participants are welcome.

This program is free, but prior registration is required due to limited space. Please bring your own writing materials.
